Peak 3D and small group training strive to create a supportive atmosphere for different fitness levels. By offering a supportive, positive community, each individual feels more empowered to maximize their results.
Our recovery classes are designed to train several muscle groups at once in smooth, continuous movement. By developing proper technique, you can re-train your body to move in safer, more efficient patterns of motion - invaluable for injury recovery, sports performance, good posture, and optimal health.
30 minutes of this class is strength based using heavier weights and half of the class is cardio.
This class is performance based. You are competing against yourself trying to achieve max repetitions within a specific time frame, attempting to not decrease reps between sets. This is a circuit style class consisting of strength and dynamic cardio movements. The final segment of this class is a “BLAST” which will push you to achieve more than you thought could!
Traditional strength progressions and mobility work are combined to strengthen and increase range of motion.
Tabata was founded in Japan by Izumi Tabata, and is a form of interval training designed to improve both your aerobic and anaerobic systems, combining alternating segments of work and recovery. This workout regimen will improve your athletic ability AND your ability to burn fat! High-intensity interval training" (HIIT) refers to the amount of effort expended; this class is open to ALL skill levels.
Yang/Yin Yoga is a blend of two different styles of yoga into one practice creating an extremely unique experience. The first part of class (yang) is a dynamic flow working on movement, flexibility and blood flow. The Second part of class (Yin) focuses on connective tissue and fascia in a series of seated or lying postures that are extremely gentle and restorative for both mind and body. Whether you are worn out from a busy week or overstimulated and need to ground yourself, this class will be perfect for you.
Peak 10 is an 8 week “get in the best shape of your life” program that utilizes metabolic circuit training for ultimate fat loss. Coupled with a 5 day detox and 8 week nutritional guide, Peak 10 has proven time and again to be Bring It! Studios most popular and successful program. Classes are 3X per week, with 2X Cardio strength, and 1X Cardio Interval Burn. Instructor led, and choreographed to the beat of the music., Peak 10 is a true group exercise experience.
Meghan's health and wellness journey has taken her all over the world teaching yoga and group fitness classes. She has experience teaching boot camp, barre, yoga sculpt, power yoga, restorative yoga and meditation. She will challenge your physical body through breath and movement and leave you feeling refreshed and grounded.
Jayme holds a Masters Degree in Human Performance from UW-LaCrosse and certified as an Exercise Specialist through the ACSM, CrossFit Level -1 and RKC Kettlebell. Jayme is a wealth of knowledge with a no-nonsense approach to training and coaching.
Carrie O’Keefe started teaching classes in August 2012, training big groups, small groups, sports teams, and individuals of all ages. Her happiness and passion is family and friends, and fitness and health are her fuel.
The only thing Katie J. Likes more than working out is helping others find joy in exercising! She believes exercising should be fun and strives to make her group fitness classes fun (and challenging) for all levels of athletes.
Erin in certified through ACE (Group Fitness), AFAA (Group Exercise and Pre/Postnatal), and The Fitness Institute of Training (Personal Trainer). She received the Bally’s Elite Fitness Trainer Award from Crunch in 2003.
I am a kindergarten teacher by day with a passion for fitness! I have been an active CrossFit athlete for years, so I love a combo of strength and cardio in my workout classes.
Tricia Stolz has been teaching group fitness since 2008. She has a background in education and loves to bring her teaching skills to the studio!
Jodi holds a Masters Degree in Human Performance, Certified as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist through NASM, ACE group fitness, RKC Kettlebell, and a Master Pilates Trainer. She coaches gymnastics for Chaska-Chanhassen and loves working with all athletes on their strength and conditioning goals and post-injury needs.
Christina believes that nutrition and fitness are like peas + carrots. They naturally go together. She is a registered dietitian and registered yoga instructor who loves bringing fun and authenticity to support people in optimizing their health. Christina's classes will push your edges and provide just the right amount of restoration.
